Sponsorship package features are subject to the timing of the signing of the contract for some of the media/promotional opportunities. Examples: if a business chooses to sign on after the mailing of the registration brochure it would not be possible to include the logo in the mailing, or to have the logo included in the Inventors Digest ads - these ads are placed in February, March and April, so the signing of the contract would have to be prior to the artwork submission deadline. This is not a complete list of examples.
